What a blessing it is to be able to go to our Father in prayer, both when we are alone, but also when we come together. Scripture reminds us to "Pray without ceasing" (1 Thess 5:17). To have a heavenly Father who indeed cares for us (1 Pet 5:7) is a wonderful thing. "The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and His ears are open to their prayers" (1 Pet 3:12). Let us always strive to be pleasing to the Lord, and let us speak to Him often.
